133 Daktronics Show Control System Troubleshooting
Likely Reason: The Show Control Server is not on; likely due to network issues.
Potential solution: Verify that the Show Control Server is running. Ensure that both the Show Control
Client and Server have a network connection and can ping each other.
Message: Unknown Error Contacting the Server. Make sure “Daktronics Nucleus Server”
is running on the Server Machine.
Likely Reason: The Nucleus Server service is not running on the Show Control Server.
Potential solution: Manually start the Nucleus Server service on the Show Control Server and ensure
that it is set to start automatically.
Message: Error Authenticating Client Credentials. Make sure that the Client and Server
are set to the same time (GMT).

synchronized. The clocks must be set for the same time, to within five minutes.
