14 Troubleshooting

Incorrect or Incomplete Stats

If the stats are incorrect or incomplete, use the following steps:

 All Sport Interface: Go to Control > Update RTD Outputs.

 Stat Crew/IDS Interfaces: Go to Edit > Clear Stats Data.

 IDS Basketball Only: Go to Edit > Request All Data.

If the stats do not update, check to see if the IDS operators are having troubles

entering the stats and repeat the process.
